Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that all payments made to Used to Daydream Art Studio are strictly non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled show or paint party, we may, at our sole discretion, offer you a studio credit to be used toward a future session or event. This policy ensures your spot and materials are reserved. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance for consideration of a credit. Failure to provide adequate notice under this policy will result in the total forfeiture of all funds paid.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please log in to your account on our website and navigate to the 'My Bookings' section to manage your appointments directly through our booking system. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via email at usedtodaydreamart@yahoo.com. Please ensure you have your booking reference number ready to expedite the process.
