*Final Sale: Opened paints, used brushes, and digital downloads cannot be returned.
*Buyer pays to ship package back.

*Photo documentation is required.
*If a refund is given, it will be back to their original payment method.

Shipping carriers, such as UPS and FedEX, vary on delivery speeds, taking between 3-7 days.
Weekend orders will ship on Mondays.
Custom orders may add an additional week, depending on art that was ordered.

Damaged Goods:
Report damaged brushes, or broken paint, or torn/broken canvases with photos within 48 hours of delivery to me at usedtodaydreamart@yahoo.com
If you provide the wrong shipping address, there is no refund, so be sure to check address when ordering.
